What is the Diamond Live Experience?

The Diamond Experience includes everything from the Signature Love Experience, plus a live premiere performance of your song.

From intimate candlelit dinners to grand wedding stages, the performance is tailored to your moment.

How long does the process take?

Each song is made by hand and is individual to each client.

Do you work with clients internationally?

Yes. From London to Tokyo and beyond, the Nightingale has carried our songs to lovers around the world.

All appointments are held virtually, and the Diamond Live Experience can be arranged globally.

How much does it cost?

Each piece is handcrafted, and pricing reflects the level of artistry and personalisation.

Who owns the copyright to my song?

Velore House retains copyright to protect the integrity and originality of the work.

You receive a non-commercial personal-use licence and may share your song online, play it at events, or gift it.

If you wish to release the song commercially, please contact us about extended licensing options.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

As each song is handcrafted and bespoke, we cannot offer refunds once the creative process has begun. That said, we are committed to fairness and integrity.
