1. Service Description

Velore House provides bespoke love songs composed and recorded for couples. Our services include:

• Signature Love Experience: Custom song composition, professional recording, and digital delivery
• Diamond Live Experience: Live performance in addition to the Signature Experience
• Virtual consultations and story development sessions

2. Booking and Payment

When you book a service with us:

• A deposit or full payment may be required at booking
• Final payment is due upon completion of your song
• All prices are as quoted and in the currency specified
• Payment processing is handled securely through our payment providers

3. Consultation Process

Your consultation helps us understand your love story. During the process:

• You provide information about your relationship, preferences, and occasion
• We develop concepts and discuss musical direction
• Revisions and refinements can be made within the agreed scope

4. Intellectual Property

Velore House retains copyright of all compositions we create. However:

• You receive a non-commercial personal-use license for your song
• You may share your song online, play it at events, and gift copies
• Commercial use requires additional licensing agreements
• Velore House may use your song (or excerpts) for marketing with your permission

5. Delivery Timeline

Each bespoke song is crafted by hand and takes time to perfect. We will:

• Provide an estimated completion timeline during consultation
• Keep you informed of progress throughout the creation process
• Deliver your final track through a secure private portal
• Accommodate urgent requests when possible

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Given the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our services:

• Refunds are not available once the creative process has begun
• Cancellations before creative work begins may be eligible for partial refunds
• We are committed to your satisfaction and will work to resolve any delivery issues
• Problems must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery

7. Client Responsibilities

To help us create the perfect song, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your love story
• Respond to our requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Attend scheduled consultation sessions
• Respect the creative process and timelines

8. Live Performances (Diamond Experience)

For live performances:

• We coordinate with your venue and handle technical requirements
• Any venue-specific restrictions or requirements must be communicated in advance
• International performances may have additional planning and logistics requirements
• Performance dates are subject to artist and venue availability

9. Limitation of Liability

Velore House is committed to creating exceptional experiences, however:

• We cannot guarantee specific emotional outcomes or reactions
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are not responsible for third-party services or venues
• Technical issues beyond our control may affect digital deliveries

10. Modifications to Services

• We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or availability
• Significant changes will be communicated to affected clients
• Established contracts will be honored as agreed
